During the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at April 22, 2013, the
dividend for the year 2012 was set at [Eur] 3.30 per share. The dividend is payable
as from April 29, 2013. The Wereldhave share will trade ex-dividend as of April
24, 2013.
Ms Femke Weijtens and Mr Joost Bomhoff have been appointed member of the
Supervisory Board. The other members are Mr Joop van Oosten (chairman), Fred
Arp (deputy chairman) and Herman van Everdingen.
Dirk Anbeek has been re-appointed as CEO and Pieter Roozenboom was appointed
CFO, both for a period of four years.
