Expert System Appoints Luigi Paraboschi as Chief Financial Officer

Brings executive level, international experience to guide the company's growth and expansion in the US, Europe

(firmenpresse) - MODENA, ITALY -- (Marketwired) -- 04/23/13 -- Expert System, the semantic technology company, today announced that Luigi Paraboschi joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer. He will oversee the company's corporate finance and accounting functions, and will play a key role in guiding Expert System's continued growth and expansion in Europe and internationally.

Mr. Paraboschi brings over 25 years of experience, joining the company from HP, where he was most recently Vice President, Finance for the Personal Systems Group, EMEA. Prior to that, within the Imaging and Print Group, he held executive finance positions in HP's InkJet and LaserJet businesses in Boise, Idaho; Portland, Oregon and San Diego, California. Previously, he held several senior financial roles at HP in the US and Europe, covering both commercial and consumer markets, and start-up and mainstream product life cycle stages.
