Rejlers acquires Umeå Industri och Kraftkonsult

Rejlers acquires Umeå Industri och Kraftkonsult AB, IKAB, with 19 employees.
IKAB is one of Norrland's largest electrical consultancies with several large
energy and industrial companies as customers. During 2012 the company had
revenue of 23 MSEK.
"The acquisition of IKAB strengthens our offering to industrial customers in
northern Sweden. IKAB operates as technical consultants in the mining industry,
an area where Rejlers now can grow further", says Eva Nygren, president and CEO
at Rejlers.
"Rejlers is a company with good reputation in the industry. We will be able to
offer our staff opportunities and take on larger assignments with our new
colleagues at Rejlers", says Bertil Rönnlund, CEO of IKAB.
IKAB was established in 1985. The company has offices in Skellefteå and Umeå.
Rejlers is taking over, May 1th, 2013.
