Industry Veteran to Lead Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Solution Offerings

Mr. Helmly will focus on aligning Merlin's strategic initiatives under a common framework, leading the company's efforts to offer IT infrastructure and cyber security solutions as services. This will enhance Merlin's ability to offer flexible, capacity-based delivery models that can respond quickly to customers' growing requirements, changing demands and acute budget constraints.

He was also founder and president of GTSI Financial Services, Inc., and held leadership positions at AT&T Capital, Comdisco Telecom, and GMAC. Mr. Helmly began his career with IBM Corporation and Ernst and Young.
