(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/24/13 -- Barrick Gold Corporation (NYSE: ABX)(TSX: ABX) (Barrick) announced that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular for the 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders were elected as directors of Barrick. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the Annual Meeting earlier today in Toronto are set out below.
