(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/25/13 -- Leisureworld Senior Care Corporation (TSX: LW) ("Leisureworld") is pleased to announce that all of the nominees listed in its information circular dated March 25, 2013 were elected as directors of Leisureworld at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on April 24, 2013 (the "Meeting"). The results of the voting for each nominee are as follows:
In addition, Leisureworld reports that the proposed amended and restated shareholder right plan resolution was passed by a majority of the votes represented at the Meeting.
