Technology.
Consumers can now access comprehensive real estate data on ZipRealty's full
website from their mobile devices, without having to download an app. In
addition to viewing all of the homes for sale in a particular area, interested
home buyers can immediately access the most accurate and complete real estate
data, including home listings that are updated every two minutes, multiple
photos, interactive maps, neighborhood statistics, nearby schools, public
transportation, assess home Walk Scores and connect with a qualified real estate
agent, among other features.
"Our mobile website features were greatly inspired by the website, yielding a

website should find the mobile website intuitive, easy-to-use, and well-designed

Unlike the competition, ZipRealty offers a rich experience through full-screen
home photoson the home detail page, says Mr. Wilson. The ZipRealty home detail
page includes an interactive map, so you don't have to navigate away from the
page to see the neighborhood and other related features.
The mobile website also allows consumers to cross multiple platforms during
their real estate search, says Mr. Wilson. "All of your search activity,
settings and saved homes are synced across both the full website and the mobile
site," he says, "allowing for true mobility in your search for a new home."
One unique feature of the mobile website is ZipRealty's Listing Check tool,
giving buyers the ability to determine which homes are really for sale and which
ones are off the market. In a Data Quality Report recently released by
ZipRealty, the company discovered that prominent real estate websites
consistently fail to display a significant number of MLS-listed homes for sale,
while also presenting a large number of sold homes as if they were currently for
sale. The study results show that up to 30% of MLS-listed homes for sale are
missing from other real estate websites, and over 15% of the listings on these
websites are stale, expired or inactive. In contrast, ZipRealty never includes
sold homes in search results, and has an accuracy rate of greater than 99% on
MLS-listed homes for sale.
