Munich, Germany, April 29, 2013 - The Munich-based Company TIMELESS HOMES
creates, under a new brand, spectacular, exclusive luxury homes and
cooperates with leading industry experts in Design, Real Estate and
Construction. TIMELESS HOMES is now creating dream homes with a unique
architectural brand to meet the sophisticated requirements of a growing
number of clients worldwide.
The project focuses on the timeless, elegant expressions of form. Thanks to
the modular and scalable architectural concept used, the solidly
constructed design-oases satisfy the individual requirements of their
selected target group, offering every imaginable layout and roof variation
in a wide range of sizes.
In addition to the three existing variations, further home design concepts
will be developed in the years ahead.
LIMITLESS Living Space
This luxury villa is characterized by two U-shaped levels - one on top of
the other - and a spacious atrium. Seamless transitions between the
interior and exterior give the impression of luxurious ambiance. The large
glass fronts serve to enhance the experience of limitless living space.
WEIGHTLESS Architecture
The WEIGHTLESS home has been stripped down to the bare essentials. What
remains is a puristic and almost weightless architecture, comprising a
rectangular body on a static central core - a 'floating block' above a
glass base.
FEARLESS Design
The FEARLESS home concept impresses with its bold, and unusual
architecture. From the solid body of this house individual spaces were 'cut
out' that flexibly adapt to the surroundings and move elegantly between the
levels of the building. The result is a unique concept that fits into
virtually any topography.
Sales strategy focuses on two key markets
Timeless Homes GmbH is marketing these villas in two different business
segments.
TIMELESS HOMES
The TIMELESS HOMES brand was established specifically for this project.
Timeless Homes GmbH, together with renowned designers and partners from the
real estate sector, is in charge of marketing and selling the luxury villas
worldwide. Clients can act as developers and implement their own ideas for
their real estate or acquire entire turnkey concepts in top international
locations. The first luxury villa is to be built in the affluent Munich
suburb of Gruenwald.
TIMELESS HIDEAWAYS
An equally unique and promising concept is TIMELESS HIDEAWAYS: Luxury
vacation villas in the most attractive areas of Germany, Austria, Italy,
France, and Spain. From 2014, these will be rented in cooperation with the
German market leader TUI Ferienhaus on a weekly basis, enabling guests to
have a unique and exclusive vacation experience.
Leading partners for realization and marketing activities
Timeless Homes GmbH is cooperating worldwide with selected partners for the
development and marketing of these design-oases. One of Europe's leading
design houses has created the entire interior and exterior architecture for
the villas. The firm H-I-M Villenbau is the partner for construction
activities in Southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Northern Italy.
The globally renowned real estate consulting firm Drees&Sommer will
handle international project development and management.
Engel&Völkers is handling the process of brokering suitable properties
and marketing the villas, while the marketing activities for TIMELESS
HIDEAWAYS will be handled in cooperation with TUI Ferienhaus.
The market for luxury real estate is booming
The market for luxury real estate in Germany is growing. According to the
'Luxury Residential Real Estate in Germany' study conducted by Dahler&Company; the luxury market relates to residential properties valued at EUR
750,000 or more. In the first half of 2012, this segment saw 924
transactions, a 25% growth compared to the prior year period. The total
increase in sales amounted to 32%. In Germany, Munich is number one in this
premium segment and therefore the top luxury real estate location. In fact,
transactions grew by 57% resulting in a 49% growth in sales revenues.
Throughout Germany, the luxury segment for residential real estate valued
at more than EUR 2 million is actually growing faster than the less
expensive price segments, with an increase in transactions of 35% and in
