Media ASA , in all 3 318 684 shares, to its fully owned subsidiary SpareBank 1
SMN Invest AS.
SpareBank 1 SMN Invest AS owns after this transfer 5 584 508 shares in Polaris
Media ASA. SpareBank 1 SMN will not own any shares in Polaris Media ASA after
this transfer.
