Solarmag makes further progress
Solarmag PLC, the company which is in the course of building a solar power-based business in Europe, is pleased to confirm that it is making good progress in relation to the building of the previously announced facilities with a capacity to manufacture thin film solar panels capable of producing up to 200MW per annum. The management has now identified three interesting potential locations in Europe, and is in discussions with local and regional authorities in relation to available incentives. Solarmag expects to decide before the end of this year which of the three locations now under consideration offers the greatest potential for construction and operation of the solar manufacturing plants.
Solarmag is currently also in negotiations to acquire existing solar plants in Southern Europe which are already generating electricity. When acquired these solar parks will bring instant income and cash flow to Solarmag. This should further enhance Solarmag’s future development potential.
Further announcements will be made in due course.
To maintain a good corporate transparency and information flow to shareholders, Solarmag has recently entered into contracts with the following companies:
●Bank-M in Frankfurt was appointed as Designated Sponsor on the XETRA trading platform for Solarmag as of August this year to support Solarmag’s stock quotation on the Frankfurt stock exchange and also to support other corporate activities in relation to the stock quotation.
●Solarmag has engaged the Marketing agency Neue Formen in Kassel, Germany to design a new web site, to enable present and future shareholders to better follow Solarmag’s future developments and activities on the company’s web site, which will in due course appear on www.solarmag-plc.com.
Solarmag’s CEO, Lars-Erik Magnusson said: “We are delighted with the progress we are making with the development of our business, particularly in relation to the refinement of our plans to build the manufacturing plants of solar panels and the negotiations to acquire the solar parks which are already generating revenues.
