Global Hunter Corp. Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/01/13 -- Global Hunter Corp. (TSX VENTURE: BOB) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. James Mackie has been appointed Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") effective immediately. Mr. Mackie is replacing Tom Needham as CFO, who is retiring from the Company.
Mr. Mackie is a Certified General Accountant and has over 15 years of corporate experience in financial management, including corporate governance, government and securities compliance. More recently, he has acted as Corporate Controller for a number of mining exploration companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange.
President and CEO of the Company, Rudy Brauer, stated, "We are pleased that Mr. Mackie has joined the Company. We believe his experience as a finance professional further enhances our management team and we look forward to working with him.
