LAS VEGAS (NV), SEPTEMBER 29, 2010: LAMBDA TD Software (FRANKFURT, Symbol: XLS, ISIN: US51327T1051, WKN: A0YJT2) announced today that they are in final negotiations with Global Resorts Group LLC to be a residential and common-area automation sub-contractor for Laguna Del Mar, a unique 5,000-unit second home beachfront resort community. LAMBDA TD Software (LAMBDA) is expecting to sign the contract for Laguna Del Mar shortly.
Laguna Del Mar consists of 840-acres, with up to 18-holes of world-class Jack Nicklaus “Signature” golf course (first 9-holes are already fully playable); at least two 3-4 Star small boutique resorts; ocean, golf course and lagoon attached (80%) and detached (20%) properties with U.S. title insurance for up to 5,000 homes (single family semi-custom homes, private villas and some low density 3-4 storey condominiums); The Club at Laguna Del Mar (full-service country club with golf, tennis, spa, fitness, dining, 3 pools and 20 club “guest” suites) with lagoon frontage beach club facilities; a Mexican pueblo-style village with commercial and retail businesses; and several miles of boardwalk/wharf which is anticipated to uniquely position Laguna del Mar as an unparalleled affordable, yet exclusive beachfront club resort community in Mexico - of more than 5,000 residents plus guests.
Just for only the installation part of the LAMBDA automation solution for 5,000 homes, the Laguna del Mar contract is expected to generate 20-25 Million Dollars in gross revenue for LAMBDA. Following the system installation, LAMBDA TD Software’s lucrative business model is based on monthly subscription services customized to the individual needs of each homeowner. LAMBDA’s profit multiplied with monthly subscriptions services customized to each resort home.
Robert M. Corcoran, LAMBDA TD Software’s Chief Executive Officer, is excited about a sub-contractor agreement with Mr. Geoffrey Becker-Jones, Managing Partner, Global Resorts Group LLC and Project Leader for the prestigious Laguna del Mar Resort property. “LAMBDA was introduced to this amazing project through Mr. Olivier Severin, CEO of Bent Severin Design Inc. in Scottsdale, Arizona. And we should be brought-in based on our ability to provide a USGBC (United States Green Building Council) and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) aspect to the project. Our LFE™ Five Residential Automation product can help the 5,000 individual homeowners get 5%-9% immediate savings on their monthly energy bill by monitoring the hourly usage of in-home HVAC and managing its controls with simple notifications and friendly suggestions to the residents.” LAMBDA TD Software can also provide the property management company and developer, SALVAGO, a 20% overall energy savings through LAMBDA’s Property Energy Management Software Feature. What this does is group together large groups of independent residences and then establishes group buying power (through SALVAGO Property Management) in negotiations with the Electrical Utility Company.
