Marauder Resources East Coast Inc. Announces Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/01/13 -- Marauder Resources East Coast Inc. ("Marauder" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MES) announces that it has granted stock options ("Options") to purchase an aggregate of up to 4,000,000 common shares in the capital of the Company pursuant to its stock option plan. The Options were granted to directors, officers and consultants of Marauder, have an exercise price of $0.10, vest immediately and expire on May 1, 2018.
