Kennedy Capital Corp. (ISIN VGG730141139), holding company, provider of
payment services as well as corporate and real estate financial services,
shares the latest information about the company as well as the status of
the IPO.
As reported by Corporate News 04/04/2013 Kennedy Capital Corp. is currently
performing a reverse merger and expects it to complete immediately.
The company will be operate under the name of Kennedy Capital Ltd. and will
be based in Hamilton, Bermuda.
The required prospectus is in the test phase. After approval the new ISIN,
securities identification code and the ticker symbol will be announced.
According to current information existing shares of Kennedy Capital Corp.
continue to be active and tradable for the stock price on 12/14/2012.

As of 05/07/2013, the updated website of Kennedy Capital will be online and

ongoing projects of the company.
