(the Company) (TSX: ENF) announced that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated March 1, 2013 were elected as directors of Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at its Annual and Special Meeting earlier today in Calgary are set out below.
