Cermaq invites to study seminar at EWOS Innovation in Dirdal Monday 13 May 2013

Cermaq offers a seminar for investors, analysts, and journalists at its research
center in Dirdal, Rogaland, in order to provide fact based information on the
use of marine raw materials in salmon feed.
The seminar is set up in order to provide additional insight in relation to
Marine Harvest's potential bid for Cermaq, which is contingent on the annual
general meeting not approving the Copeinca transaction. The presentation will be
held by the leading global expertise within marine raw materials.
We would like to invite you to join us at the seminar which will take place on
Monday 13 May. Departure will be from Oslo Airport at 09:05 CET, return flight
from Stavanger will be at 16.30 CET. Cermaq will arrange bus transportation from
Stavanger Airport to Dirdal, and boat transportation on the return to Stavanger.
Some members of Cermaq group management will also be present, in addition to the
representatives from EWOS and EWOS Innovation.
We can only accept 25 participants for logistical reasons, and some limitations
may be applied after the deadline.
Program
* Outline of the scientific basis for the importance of marine raw material
ingredients in high quality salmon feed. The strategic rationale for the
acquisition of Copeinca will also be elaborated upon. Presentations will
primarily be held by the management of EWOS and EWOS Innovation.
* Tour of the research facility, focusing on analysis of various qualities of
marine raw materials using laboratory technics, feed processing and
screening of fish.
