EquipRent packages the renter's equipment request which includes: equipment, project location, phone number and company name into a "human-written" text message before electronically sending the request to the mobile phone of the most qualified branch. Rental company personnel can then click on the text message and get connected directly with the prospective renter. Research shows that a rental company can book 150% more business if the prospect is connected within the first 5 minutes.
