Constellation Brands Names Thomas Kane as Chief Human Resources Officer

VICTOR, N.Y., May 7, 2013 - Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ and STZ.B),
announced today that Thomas "Tom" Kane will join the company as Chief Human
Resources Officer (CHRO), effective May 20. Tom takes over the position from
Keith Wilson who is retiring in June after 11 years of service to the company.
Tom joins Constellation Brands from Armstrong World Industries where he served
as senior vice president, Human Resources and Government Relations for
the flooring and ceiling business. During his 27 year career, he has experience
in multiple global businesses in a range of industries from industrial products
to government services to consumer hard goods. He has also worked in various
human resources leadership roles at Black & Decker Power Tools, General Electric
and Martin Marietta.

A native of Upstate New York, Tom earned a B.S in economics and communications
from the State University of New York, Oneonta and a MBA from the State
University of New York, Binghamton.
