Cerro Resources NL: Last Trading Date on TSX Venture Exchange
(firmenpresse) - LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 05/09/13 -- Cerro Resources NL (ASX: CJO)(TSX VENTURE: CJO) announces further to its announcement of May 8, 2013 that the last date on which Cerro shares will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange will be May 9, 2013, the same date as the last date on which Cerro shares will trade on the ASX. At the market open on May 10, 2013, the Cerro shares will be halted from trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the shares will not trade again before the Transaction with Primero Mining Corp. (Primero) is completed. A record date of May 15, 2013 will be used in Canada to determine entitlements under the Transaction.
