Canexus Corporation's Shareholders Approve Resolutions at Annual Meeting

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/10/13 -- Canexus Corporation (TSX: CUS) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders in Calgary on May 9, 2013. A total of 75,337,963 shares (55.46% of the total issued and outstanding shares) were represented in person or by proxy. The voting results for the resolutions to elect individual directors were as follows:
