Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. Announces May Dividend
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/10/13 -- Attention Business Editors:
Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. (TSX: PZA) today announced a cash dividend of $0.0625 per share for May 2013. The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2013, and will be paid on June 15, 2013.
The Company previously announced a 4% increase to its monthly shareholder dividend which will increase from $0.0625 to $0.065 per share beginning with the June 2013 dividend payable July 15, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 28, 2013.
For tax purposes, the 2013 dividend will be considered a taxable eligible dividend without a return of capital component.
