AppTech Corp. Agrees to Merger With Transcendent One, Inc.
(firmenpresse) - WOODLANDS, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 05/13/13 -- AppTech Corp. (APCXD) is pleased to announce the effective agreement and plan of merger with Transcendent One, Inc., a merchant processor and information technology company based in Carlsbad, CA.
A primary focus of this merger is to expand business lines into new product and services markets and complement AppTech Corp.'s technology footprint.
Transcendent One, Inc. ("T1") is a leading business services provider of electronic transaction processing technologies and associated merchant services since 2006.
