The company has exclusive rights from Schlumberger to use the patented Thermal
Phase Separation technology in China, Canada and the United States. The
technology, originally developed in Canada for the commercial treatment of PCB

The extracted contaminants can then be safely destroyed using proven chemical
dechlorination technology or managed by a high temperature thermal treatment

The company has entered into a number of agreements that have positioned it for
growth in China in the areas of contaminated soil treatment and the recovery of
oil from oily sludge waste. The company started generating its first revenues in
China through a soil treatment contract, with revenues estimated at $1.75
million for West Mountain Capital in 2013. According to Fundamental Research,
China is one of the fastest growing soil treatment markets.
The company is trading at $0.26 and with 37.9 million shares outstanding, is
capitalized at $9.9 million.
