cooperation on Golden Granite-Project

The gold mine company Cariboo Gold Mines PLC, listed at the Berlin Stock
Exchange, currently negotiates with the Canadian gold mine operator Alix
Resources Corp about a cooperation of Cariboo Gold Mines on the Golden
Granite Project of Alix Resources in the US-American Yavapai County,
Arizona. The Golden Granite project area covers 60 hectares and is situated
approximately 175 miles southeast of Las Vegas. In this area, a number of
gold-bearing quartz lodes can be found. In samplings from the historic mine
Big Stick in the southwestern part of the area for example, more than eight
grams of gold per ton of spoil could be found.
Both companies are convinced that the final cooperation contracts will be
signed within the following two weeks.
The Company:
The Cariboo Gold Mines PLC is the parent company of Quesnel Gold Mines Inc.
with its place of business in Vancouver, Canada, which owns extensive
mining rights ('Claims'), acquired in his efforts since the 1970s by the
late Bernard 'Bud' Henning, an established expert on the mining of
resources. Over the decades Bud Henning collected a number of mostly
connected gold- and mineral concessions in different areas of the Canadian
Cariboo Regional District. After Bud Henning's death these concessions
descended into family property and are now, after further exploration
works, ready to be utilized.
The key project of Cariboo Gold Mines PLC is the exploration of the
Cottonwood-Claims, situated in the Canadian Cariboo District. The most
important milestone of the activities in the current mining season is the
execution of the drilling program on the claims. Results from the drilling
program and the accompanying exploration activities are expected for the
end of 2013. The start of the final gold production on the
Cottonwood-Claims is planned for the year 2014.
