RIB signed Phase I Deal with Guangdong Haohe Construction Co., Ltd, China
Guangzhou, China, 14 May, 2013. RIB Software AG and Guangdong Haohe
Construction Co., Ltd. signed an iTWO enterprise software phase I deal and
a Letter of Intent for a strategic partnership with an iTWO phase II deal,
which is scheduled in the second half of 2013. RIB and Haohe intend on
introducing a benchmark for the iTWO 5D end-to-end standard solution in
China construction industry based on the international 'best practice'.
Haohe is among the most successful, well known family owned and private
building and EPC contractors in China, whose main clients are 3M, Amway,
P&G, Coca-Cola, and renowned property developers such as Vanke. Haohe has
around 1,000 employees not including site workers.
For 2013, this fast growing company estimates a revenue of around 500
Million US$. The CEO Kenneth Zhang, the CFO Mark Zhang and the CIO Tony Sun
have strong international backgrounds and are very dynamic innovators in
the China contractor market, together they are planning to build up a
multi-billion US$ business in the future.
