IFM Immobilien AG: IFM Concludes First Quarter with Consolidated
Profit of 0.2 Million Euros

Frankfurt am Main, 15 May 2013 - Preliminary figures suggest that IFM
Immobilien AG realised 0.2 million euros in consolidated earnings after
taxes during the three opening months of the 2013 financial year (same
quarter previous year: 1.8 million euros). The operating profit (EBT)
amounted to 0.5 million euros (same quarter previous year: 2.7 million
euros). The year-on-year decline in profits is essentially explained by
lower earnings from market valuations of the investment properties. The
equity ratio equalled 40.9 % as of 31 March 2013 (31 December 2012: 33.3%).
The finalised financials of IFM Immobilien AG for Q1 2013 will be published
as scheduled on Thursday, 23 May 2013.
