(A) CHANGE OF BOARD COMPOSITION
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the following
changes to the Board and Board Committees:-
Resignation of Chief Technology Officer
Mr Zhang Weidong had resigned as Chief Technology Officer of the Company
with effect from 1 May 2013.
Redesignation of Director
Henceforth, Mr Zhang Weidong be redesignated from Executive Director to
Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 May 2013.
New Composition of the Board and Board Committees
Following the above-mentioned changes, the new composition of the Board and
its sub-committees shall be as follows:
Mr Wu Baofa (Non-Executive Chairman)
Mr Wu Baoyu (Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer)
Mr Ang Kheng Hui (Non-Executive Director)
Mr Tay Kok Soon (Independent Director)
Mr Fu Xiaobin (Independent Director)
Mr Zhang Weidong (Non-Executive Director)
Audit Committee
(i) Mr Zhang Weidong be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee.

As at 31 December 2012, Mr Ang Kheng Hui had increased his shareholding in
the Company from 660,000 ordinary shares to 783,902 ordinary shares.
