(the "Company") (NYSE: NAT) today announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has scheduled the Company's 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting"), to be held on June 25, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in Hamilton, Bermuda. The Board has set a record date of May 3, 2013 for the determination of the Company's shareholders entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
