(TSX: PBN) will host our Annual General and Special Meeting for shareholders on May 22, 2013 at 9:00 am (MDT) at the Telus Convention Centre (MacLeod Hall D) in Calgary, Alberta. The meeting will also be available via webcast using the following link: . Those in attendance or participating in the webcast will also have the opportunity to have questions responded to by management of the company.
Shareholders will be voting on a number of items at the meeting, including a proposed change of the company's name to Lightstream Resources Ltd. (TSX: LTS). If approved, the name change will take effect immediately, while the stock symbol will be changed within three business days. The name change will have no impact on day-to-day business activity or share ownership.
