(Bonterra) () (TSX: BNE) today announced the election results for the board of directors from its 2013 annual general meeting of shareholders held May 16, 2013. The following six nominees were elected as directors of Bonterra to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders of Bonterra or until their successors are elected or appointed.
