("Pethealth" or the "Company") (TSX: PTZ) announced the voting results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held on Wednesday, May 15, 2013. All items of business put forth at the Meeting were approved by shareholders, including the reappointment of KPMG LLP as external auditors of Pethealth, the adoption of the shareholder rights plan and the election of all director nominees as follows:
