(the "Fund") (NYSE: IRL) announced that the Fund's Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 9 a.m. at the Harvard Club, 27 West 44th Street, New York, NY 10036. Only stockholders of record at the close of business on Monday, April 8, 2013 are entitled to notice of and to vote at the Meeting, or at any adjournments thereof.

At the Annual Meeting, stockholders will be asked to consider one nominee for election as a director of the Fund. A copy of the proxy materials is available on the Fund's Website -- . The Fund is a closed end mutual fund managed by Kleinwort Benson Investors International Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Kleinwort Benson Investors Dublin Ltd. and is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the trading symbol "IRL."
