Re-filing of 2012 Annual Financial Statements

Orsu Metals Corporation ("Orsu" or the "Company"), the London-based dual listed (TSX: OSU)(AIM: OSU) base and precious metals exploration and development company, announces that it has re-filed its audited annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2012 ("2012 Financial Statements") with an updated auditor report, which now includes reference to the auditor report for the comparative period ending December 31, 2011.
This re-filing follows a review of the 2012 Financial Statements by the Ontario Securities Commission (the "OSC") pursuant to the OSC's continuous disclosure review program. The OSC noted that the 2012 Financial Statements filed on March 27, 2013 were not accompanied by an auditor report that identifies itself as being issued for the comparative period.
The 2012 Financial Statements now include an updated Independent Auditor Report, which gives an unmodified opinion for the year ended December 31, 2012 and cross refers to the unmodified opinion issued for the year ended December 31, 2011. The 2012 Financial Statements filed on March 27, 2013 contained an unmodified opinion for the year ended December 31, 2012 only.
Other than replacing the originally issued auditor report with a revised auditor report as set out above, no other changes have been made to the 2012 Financial Statements. The 2012 Financial Statements, as re-filed, will be available on SEDAR shortly.
