Quorum Announces 2nd Successful Dealership Customer Conference
XSELLERATOR(TM) DMS Conference Attendance Doubled
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/21/13 -- Quorum Information Technologies (Quorum) (TSX VENTURE: QIS) announced today that its second Customer Conference held at the end of April in Calgary, Alberta, exceeded double the attendance from its first conference held last November in Toronto, Ontario. Positive attendee feedback on the value of the first conference spurred the additional participation from XSellerator™ dealerships across North America.
"A key part of our company strategy is to help our dealership customers increase their utilization of XSellerator. Many of our 2013 initiatives are centered on this focus, especially our customer conferences. The conferences provide us a unique opportunity to get input into our development direction, as well as provide customers with a detailed review of some key XSellerator features that they can take better advantage of," stated Maury Marks, President and CEO of Quorum.
Held April 25th and 26th at the Delta Calgary South hotel, the Quorum Customer Conference West 2013 was aimed at facilitating Quorum's customers' knowledge, training and input into the company's premier dealership and customer management system, XSellerator. Using feedback from the first conference, Quorum expanded its conference agenda to encourage participation from departmental managers by adding workshops for all departments in the dealership. Other workshops incorporated discussions on the future of XSellerator, including the opportunity for attendees to rate their order of preference in which the new features would be developed. The conference also strongly encourages networking among users, partners and Quorum personnel.
Tim Davis, General Manager Davis GMC Buick (Medicine Hat) Ltd., commented, "The biggest thing for me is that it gave my team insight as to what is coming up for Quorum. It just reassures us that we have a relationship with a Dealership Management System (DMS) provider that wants to keep getting better and make our processes as efficient as possible.
