Cermaq ASA : Minutes from the annual general meeting

Reference is made to the announcement made by the company earlier today.
The annual general meeting av Cermaq ASA was held on 21 May 2013. The general
meeting did not approve the Board's proposal concerning the rights issue and
acquisition of Copeinca ASA.
The minutes from the general meeting with the details from the voting is
enclosed.
Please note that by a mistake the notification sent immediately after the
general meeing states that the dividend will be treated as the repayment of
paid-in capital. The correct decision is included in the protocol.
