Colossus Minerals Announces Voting Results

(the "Company" or "Colossus") (TSX: CSI)(OTCQX: COLUF) announces that, at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on May 21st, 2013, each of the 8 nominees in the Management Information Circular dated April 10th, 2013 were elected as directors of the Company.
Based on the ballot conducted at the meeting, the following individuals were elected as directors of the Company until the next annual meeting of shareholders. The results are set out below:
The voting results from all other resolutions provided for in the Management Information Circular were filed today with the Canadian Securities Regulatory Authorities at .
