Their pool of over a hundred qualified freelancers diligently transform all kinds of audio files into writing by following diverse transcription rules, depending on the customers’ personal requirements. During the last weeks the agency has received an increased amount of enquiries for detailed transcriptions and therefore has decided to expand this area of business.
