Platino Energy Corp. Announces Completion of $660,000 Private Placement and Update to Corporate Presentation
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/22/13 -- Platino Energy Corp. ("Platino") (TSX VENTURE: PZE) is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") of 550,000 common shares of the Corporation (the "Common Shares") at a price of $1.20 per Common Share for gross proceeds of $660,000. Subscribers for Common Shares in the Offering have agreed not to resell their shares prior to the end of a six-month period, which expires on November 22, 2013. The Company has also updated its corporate presentation, which will be available on the Company's website at .
