Omnicare Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

CINCINNATI, May 23, 2013 - Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR), announced today that its
board of directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share on its
common stock. The dividend is payable on June 14, 2013 to stockholders of
record on June 3, 2013.
