Zurich, 28 May 2013 - Peach Property Group AG, a leading developer of
high-quality residential real estate in the German-speaking region of
Europe, will realise its newest upscale housing project under the name of
'Living 108' in Berlin-Mitte, thereby following up on its successful
'Living Suites' concept. Already before the official launch of the
marketing campaign on 28 May 2013, roughly 40 per cent of the units had
been deeded or reserved. Construction is scheduled to start in the summer
of 2013 and should be completed in early 2015. The anticipated marketing
volume of the project amounts to roughly EUR 35 million.
On a newly acquired 2,660 m2 plot on Chausseestrasse 108/109, an ensemble
of 128 high-quality condominiums with a total living space of 7,569 m²and
three commercial units is about to emerge. Following the successful
conclusion of the neighbouring project, 'Living 106', Peach Property Group
is now coupling its 'Living 108' development with the innovative 'Living
Suites' concept. The name vouches for a spacious, cosmopolitan lifestyle:
modern architecture, amenities such as fitness zones and personal services,
as well as outstanding value for money are the hallmarks of this project.
The two- to four-room units have floor space ranging from around 30 m2 to
130 m2 with prices between EUR 110,000 and EUR 669,500.
Exclusive comfort and attractive location in the heart of the capital city
'Living 108' comprises a mix of different residential units suited to
specific buyer segments: condominiums, spacious penthouses with rooftop
terraces, as well as urbane 'Living Suites' which will offer a range of
furnishing options and additional services that are increasingly popular
amongst international buyers. The residents will have an in-house community
space with fitness facilities, a common rooftop terrace overlooking Berlin,
as well as a subterranean garage with 55 parking spaces.
'Living 108' will be realised by the renowned Axthelm architect bureau and
situated at an attractive site near the pulsating Friedrichstrasse. Its
central location on Chausseestrasse and the convenient access to public
transportation position this property ideally in the midst of city life.
Berlin's main railway station is a ten-minute walk away, and the
underground station«Naturkundemuseum»is right before the door. The new
complex of the Federal Intelligence Service, at present one of the largest
public construction projects in Germany, is just a few steps away and is
nearing completion. In the immediate neighbourhood, Peach Property Group
has already successfully concluded its 'Living 106' project, which
comprises 73 condominiums and commercial floor space. All units were either
sold or leased.
