Roxgold Shareholders Approve Directors
Eight Member Management Slate Elected: All Other Proposals Passed
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/28/13 -- Shareholders of Roxgold ("Roxgold" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE: ROG) approved all proposals submitted by the Board of Directors to the Company's annual general meeting in Toronto today.
The eight member board is comprised of Jonathan Rubenstein, Richard Colterjohn, Joseph Spiteri, John L. Knowles, Gordon Pridham, Walter Segsworth, John Dorward and Oliver Lennox-King.
Shareholders also voted to set the total number of directors at eight, appoint MNP LLP as auditor for the ensuing year, ratified the company's amended 10% rolling stock option plan, ratified amendments to the deferred share unit plan, approved the restricted share unit plan and approved the advance notice policy.
The board of Roxgold would like to thank the Company's shareholders for their continued support.
