Webster Bank Significantly Increases Mobile Banking Use in Q1
(firmenpresse) - SAN RAFAEL, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/29/13 -- Monitise plc (LSE: MONI) today announced that Webster Bank, a leading regional bank serving businesses and consumers from Westchester County, N.Y. to Boston, Mass., has exceeded expectations of mobile banking usage.
Webster's mobile banking customers are averaging 28 mobile interactions a month with the Bank Anywhere and Pay Anyone solutions developed and deployed by Monitise. Webster launched its full mobile banking and payments solution in December 2012.

Webster upgraded its mobile capabilities with Monitise to include feature-rich mobile banking and payments functionality across its fully native smartphone applications, mobile web offerings and SMS services -- with Monitise in December 2012, and experienced a four-fold growth in mobile enrollment over the first three months.
