(TSX: TID)(COLOMBIA: TIDC) (the "Company" or "Tuscany") is pleased to announce that the six nominees proposed as directors and listed in the Company's management information circular dated April 26, 2013 were elected as directors of the Company for the ensuing year at the Company's annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on May 28, 2013.
