Wereldhave N.V. has reached agreement on the Heads of Terms for a lease of the
NODA office development in Issy-les-Moulineaux (Paris). A blue chip company has
committed its intention to lease 13,400m(2), approximately 60% of the total
building, on a nine-year fixed lease, subject to contract. The lease will
commence at completion of the office development, which is scheduled for the
fourth quarter of 2014.
NODA is an office development of 22.100m(2), located on the banks of the river
Seine, facing the Ile Saint Germain. The building, designed to meet the BREEAM
excellent criteria, provides large floor plates and has an excellent
accessibility, both by public transport as well as by car.
