Acquisition of Common Shares of Red Rock Energy Inc.
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/29/13 -- Red Rock Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE: RRK) ("Red Rock" or the "Issuer") announced today that Mr. Sandy Loutitt ("Loutitt"), President and a Director of Red Rock, has acquired direct ownership of 605,000 common shares of Red Rock for aggregate cash consideration of approximately $3,025.00. The common shares were acquired by Loutitt on the open market on May 28th.
Loutitt now owns and controls, directly or indirectly, 8,450,910 common shares of the Issuer, representing approximately 16.56% of the Issuer's issued and outstanding common shares.
This acquisition was made for investment purposes and Loutitt advises that he may from time to time increase or decrease his investments in the Issuer depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
