Cryo-Save Group N.V. (Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Group'), the leading
international stem cell storage company and the largest family stem cell bank in
Europe, announces today that Mr. Arnoud van Tulder will for personal reasons
retire as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2013.
"During his 6 years with Cryo-Save, first as CFO and since 2010 as CEO, Mr. Van
Tulder has been instrumental in the growth of the Company. The Company thanks
him for his important contributions and wishes him every success in his future
endeavours," said Walter Van Pottelberge, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors will initiate a search for a new CEO immediately.
