In a meeting held on 29 May 2013, Storebrand ASA's Board of Representatives
elected Gyrid Skalleberg Ingerø and Terje Vareberg as new board members.

Following this the Board of Storebrand ASA consists of the following members:

Birger Magnus (Chairman), Gyrid Skalleberg Ingerø, Jon Arnt Jacobsen, Halvor
Stenstadvold, Terje Vareberg, Laila S. Dahlen, Monica Caneman, Heidi Storruste
(elected by employees), Knut Dyre Haug (elected by employees) and Kirsti
Valborgland Fløystøl (elected by employees)
