5D market leader RIB announces strategic partnership with Heinz von Heiden
GmbH
STUTTGART, 30 May 2013. RIB Software AG today announced to sign a phase II
contract with the European leading private housing company Heinz von Heiden
GmbH, contract volume amounts to US $1.2 million. With the implementation
of iTWO, the German-based Heinz von Heiden will pioneer in the 5D end to
end management approach in the global private housing sector.
Based on the deal agreement, Heinz von Heiden and RIB will be also working
as technology partners to develop a future IT standard for the global
private housing market. The world's housing markets are back to growing
path after previous years' recession. House prices rose in 24 of the 41
surveyed global housing markets. 'RIB targets to win 50% of the Top 1000
Global Private Housing Developers, who are able to sign a phase II deal to
benefit from the new 5D end to end Technology 'iTWO' in the next decade,'
said Michael Sauer, Executive Board Member of RIB. 'We are expecting to
sign 2 more deals in Q2, 2 deals in Q3 and 4 deals in Q4 this year. Totally
9 deals in 2013 will be 80% increase on last year. (5 deals signed in
2012).'
We believe, that the new software category of 'iTWO' will lead to a great
'Revolution Im Bauwesen', like Bauhaus revolutionized the construction
industry nearly 100 years ago. Bauhaus uprecedentedly brought the concept
of 'function' to architecture sector and created mordern construction.
iTWO, as the legacy of Bauhaus, will follow the new Bauhaus Theory 'Form
must follow Function and Physical must follow Virtual' to creat 30%
benefits to the world's construction industry.
