Ayala Corporation, well known Developer in Philippines signs Phase I Deal
to use iTWO
STUTTGART, 30 May 2013. RIB Software AG announces that a Phase I deal has
been signed with Ayala, the most famous developers in Philippines, to
optimize its complete construction process and support to upgrade its whole
construction business productivity by using iTWO 5D end to end technology.
As the country's largest,and most widely diversified conglomerate, Ayala
takes the leadership position in a portfolio of diverse business interests
like real estate development. As Ayala Land's construction arm, Makati
Development Corporation (MDC) is the premier Filipino EPC/CM Company that
transformed Makati into a world-class financial and commercial district and
changed the Philippine landscape with the world's best standard.The
partnership will start with one of Ayala's most famous projects, West Super
Block Tower.
RIB will be a great partner toenhance Ayala's efficiency and business value
with strong controlling and visibility in the whole construction lifecycle.
'It's always been positive for our successful collaboration with Ayala and
RIB to expand into Philippines market by using iTWO 5D end to end
technology,' said Thomas Wolf, the CEO and Chairman of RIB, 'We are
targeting to sign a phase II deal with Ayala in the second half of this
