Arian Silver Grant of Share Options
(firmenpresse) - LONDON, ENGLAND -- (Marketwired) -- 05/31/13 -- Arian Silver Corporation (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: AGQ)(AIM: AGQ)(FRANKFURT: I3A) today announces the grant of options to Directors and Eligible Persons (as defined in the rules of the Company's share option plan) as follows:
A J Williams - option granted in respect of 2,000,000 common shares of no par value.
J T Williams - option granted in respect of 2,000,000 common shares of no par value.
T A Bailey - option granted in respect of 250,000 common shares of no par value.
J S Cable - option granted in respect of 250,000 common shares of no par value.
J A Crombie - option granted in respect of 250,000 common shares of no par value.
Eligible Persons (as defined under the terms of the share option plan) other than directors as stated above - options granted in respect of an aggregate of 3,700,000 common shares of no par value.
Option terms: options granted on 30 May 2013 exercisable at GBP 0.07 or C$0.109123 per share up to 29 May 2018, subject to a four months hold period from date of grant.
